Frozen ice cream?

Saw this in ShopWise a few months ago:

Captain Obvious says, "Our ice cream is cold!"
Is there such a thing as non-frozen ice cream? Is melted ice cream still ice cream? Wouldn't that just be plain milkshake?

Now that I think about it,
"frozen ice cream" is probably just low-quality ice cream that had melted and was re-frozen and now tastes like ice chunks.
